These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Towlan Chalets website and our booking and accommodation services. By completing a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are made via WhatsApp or by calling our official number, and are confirmed once the agreed amount or deposit is paid.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to complete a booking.
• All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any booking that violates our policies.

2. Families-Only Policy

Towlan Chalets is reserved for families only. Bookings by single individuals or non-family groups are not permitted, in order to preserve the privacy and comfort of all guests.

3. Payment

Prices and payment methods are explained at the time of booking. A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation, with the balance paid as agreed before or upon arrival.

4. Cancellation & Changes

• You may modify or cancel a booking by contacting us within the period agreed at the time of booking.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the stay date; this is clarified at confirmation.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are agreed at the time of booking. Late departure may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Keep the chalet and its facilities clean and use them appropriately.
• Maintain quiet and respect the privacy of neighbors and other guests.
• Do not exceed the agreed number of guests without prior permission.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during the stay.

7. Conduct & Regulations

Any activity that violates the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund in the event of a breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Towlan Chalets is not liable for loss of personal belongings or any injuries resulting from misuse or negligence by the guest. Please use the pool and children's facilities under family supervision.

9. Content & Images

All images and content displayed on the website are owned by Towlan Chalets and may not be reused without permission. Images are for display purposes and may differ slightly from the actual property.

10. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
